Biography: Willie grew up working in his family's business, Wall Drug, also known as South Dakota's largest roadside attraction. Willie's love for South Dakota and small towns is unrivaled. Today, instead of serving customers free ice water and 5 cent coffee, William now enjoys working for his fellow-Dakotans by giving them quality legal representation. In November 2023, Willie opened office space in his hometown of Wall, South Dakota. Therefore, our firm now effectively serves clients throughout the Seventh Circuit (Fall River, Oglala Lakota, Custer, and Pennington Counties). Willie is passionate about criminal law, and has defended his clients in jury trials in both state and federal courtrooms. ​

Biography: Cole grew up on his family's ranch near Oelrichs, South Dakota. Located between Hot Springs and Chadron, Cole's life centered around this country lifestyle, which is now reflected by the fact that he is licensed in both South Dakota and Nebraska. Cole's experiences of winning state wrestling tournaments and dealing with angry cows has given him the foundation to aggressively pursue justice for his clients.
As someone who grew up here, he knows how to help this community in many ways: agriculture, civil litigation, trusts, estate planning--you name it. With his prior experience of serving as a law clerk for South Dakota Supreme Court Justice, the Honorable Janine Kern, Cole also looks at the big picture and knows what it takes to succeed on any appeal.

Biography: Austin grew up working on farms and ranches near Leola, South Dakota, also known as the Rhubarb Capital of the World. As is typical in small towns, Austin was involved in many school activities, such as 4-H, sports, rodeos, and clubs. At SDSU, he became involved in business and political science matters, as well as history and geography.
Although Austin no longer deals much with ornery horses and bucking bulls, his need to keep busy has served his legal training well. After law school, Austin clerked for South Dakota's Third Judicial Circuit in Brookings, South Dakota, and completed his Master of Laws in taxation soon afterward.

Austin is now a Captain in the South Dakota Army National Guard's Judge Advocate General's Corps (JAG Corps). In 2023, he deployed to Kuwait and Iraq as a JAG, in support of Operation Inherent Resolve. He has since returned to the firm after his deployment, and is dedicated to continue serving the Hot Springs community.
